We hope most of you will never have to submit a bug, but as it's bound to happen from time to time I wanted to write a quick guideline to help us address your tickets as efficiently as possible.

Please be sure to include the following in your bug report:

  • A zip file of a project showing the bug. (Please try to keep the sample as simple as possible.)

  • Information on your version of Titanium Studio and Platino.

  • Whether this appears on simulator, device, or both - and device info if applicable

  • If the bug wasn't present in a previous release, which version/s you were using then.

  • Steps to reproduce, if appropriate.

With this information we can go about reproducing and investigating the issue without needing to go back and forth on support tickets, and it saves a lot of time - so please keep these things in mind when submitting a bug.

If you have a bug you need to file, or something you're not sure if a bug but would like to find out, you can submit a ticket here and one of us will get back to you promptly.

Thank you -- Peach :-)
